Company Profile
Trenda B. Hackett is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and former IRS agent with over 18 years experience in the tax and accounting field. She is the founder and a managing-member of Let’s Talk About Tax, LLC, a tax and accounting company whose mission is to educate and assist individuals and businesses in understanding and meeting their tax responsibilities. Throughout her career with the IRS, Trenda obtained a keen knowledge and application of the complex tax laws and regulations as well as various IRS processes and procedures. She has bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems and a Master of Professional Accountancy. Trenda serves as a part-time Professor of Accounting in the bachelor and master degree programs at the University of Phoenix in Dallas, TX and she has extensive experience as a tax software developer for a Fortune 500 company. Trenda volunteers her services with the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center in the Project New program and she provides tax consultation services through the conduct of tax workshops to new and existing business owners through the Small Business Development Centers in Tarrant and Collin counties. Trenda and her family currently reside in North Texas.
Galina Babsky is a tax and financial professional who is an effective leader and communicator with outstanding skills and the utmost integrity in customer and client relations. She is a managing-member of Let’s Talk About Tax, LLC, a tax and accounting company whose mission is to educate and assist individuals and businesses in understanding and meeting their tax responsibilities. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Dallas. Galina has extensive experience in educating and assisting tax clients with tax issues regarding their tax returns such as corporate consolidations, electronic filing and tax adjustments for balancing client’s tax returns. She also has experience and extensive knowledge as a retirement plan specialist where she implemented regulations regarding retirement plans such as 401(k) plans and other types of plans. Galina has extensive experience as a tax software developer for a Fortune 500 company as well as investment advisory experience with an investment advisory company. Galina and her daughter currently reside in North Texas.
