Yes!  We do your taxes.  Whether you are an individual or your business is a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or LLC we can prepare you federal and state tax returns.  We also provide timely tax planning to allow you to take advantage of deductions and other tax breaks before the time comes to file your taxes.

Small Business Consultation

We will form a business entity for you whether you are a new business or existing business wishing to change its business entity type.  We will advise you regarding the pros and cons of each type of business entity in order to assist you in deciding the best legal form of your business that is suitable for your business needs.  We will prepare and file all the necessary documents for the business entity chosen.  We will also assist you in the preparation and/or review of your business plan and loan package to obtain financing for your business.

Non-Profit/Tax Exempt (501(c)(3)) Status

Would you like to set-up a non-profit organization?  We will prepare and file all of the necessary documents on the state level to establish to legally establish your non-profit organization.  We will complete your 501(c)(3) application to be submitted to the IRS for tax-exempt status.  We have the experience and we want to help you.
