How to Setup Your Non-Profit Organization with
Step-By-Step and Hands-On Direction
This workshop is designed to provide participants with hands-on and step-by-step direction in setting up a non-profit and obtaining 501(c)(3) for the organization. This workshop will be conducted by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive IRS experience in a small group setting. During this workshop participants will prepare and complete all documents necessary to setup a non-profit organization legally according to federal and state laws. Participants will leave this workshop with Articles of Incorporation completed and filed, a Tax ID number for their non-profit organization and the 501(c)(3) package completed and ready to mail to IRS and other items required to put the organization in a position to be eligible for, apply for and obtain grant funding to carry out the purpose of their non-profit organization. Due to the structure of this workshop, space is very limited; therefore this workshop will be on a first come, first serve bases as follows by date registered: (1) Register and paid in full at time of registration; (2) Register and pay 50% non-refundable deposit at time of registration; The remaining balance will be due within 3 days prior to the workshop. If you are unable to attend the workshop on the date you registered, you may select another date to attend the workshop and the amount you paid will be applied. No refunds. However, you may substitute amount paid for another workshop or service.
