Grant funding sources for your non-profit organization
Your cost includes:
- 9 hours of hands-on and step-by-step guidance in a small comfortable setting with an experienced CPA
- All forms required to be completed (hardcopy and electronic format)
- Printing and assembly of all documents to be submitted
- Lunch (catered in from Subway - Turkey or Ham Sandwich, Chips, Cookie, Drink
You are required to bring:
- Laptop computer with wireless capability
- Jump/Flash drive to save documents for printing
- 2 possible names for your organization
- A minimuim of 2 services that your organization will provide
- A copy of your Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws if you have already incorporated your organization (you will need this to complete the 501(c)(3) package)
- Debit/Credit card to pay the $25 on-line filing fee to incorporate your non-profit
